Job Description
LEAM Consulting is a leading firm specializing in professional certification training, HR advisory services, business development/startup, and IT consulting in Nigeria.
We are currently seeking a Customer Service / Social Media Handler for our office located in Tollgate, Ibadan – Oyo. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with followers and responding to inquiries promptly.
- Managing and designing social media accounts.
- Developing brand awareness through promotions and competitions.
- Staying updated on social media trends and tools.
- Collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
Requirements: OND, HND/B.Sc degree with 1-2 years of experience in social media management.
Salary: N60,00 per month.
