Job Description
Resource Intermediaries Limited (RIL) is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service / Sales Officer to join our team in Ogba, Lagos. This is a full-time, hybrid role with 3 days in-office and 3 days remote work.
In this position, you will provide exceptional customer service, acquire new clients, and maintain relationships with existing ones. Key responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, seeking new business opportunities, and utilizing CRM software to manage interactions.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree or HND, exceptional communication skills, and proven sales experience. Monthly salary ranges from N100,00 to N120,00.
