Job Description
Join our team at Ziiblings Ventures as a Customer Service Representative! In this role, you will provide accurate information and support to our customers across various platforms, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Your responsibilities will include handling customer complaints, processing orders, and maintaining detailed records in our CRM system.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of customer service experience and be located in Ikeja. You will work full-time and earn a monthly salary between ₦60,00.00 – ₦75,00.00. We are looking for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and committed to enhancing customer satisfaction.
