Job Description
Uncle Stan’s Small Chops is in search of a dedicated Customer Service Representative to effectively manage customer inquiries, handle complaints, and process orders. This position requires you to interact with customers through various communication channels while ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years in customer service.
