Job Description
Tenn MFB is in search of a committed Customer Service Representative to support our clients with inquiries and concerns regarding our products and services. This full-time position, located in Lagos, offers a competitive salary in the range of NGN 75,00 to 150,00, along with commission-based incentives.
The responsibilities include conducting daily outbound calls, ensuring accurate customer data management, promoting loan product growth, and delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of relevant experience and hold an HND in any field.
