Job Description
Redlantern International Limited is excited to announce an opening for a motivated Customer Service Representative in our Lagos office. This full-time role offers an attractive salary ranging from NGN 150,00 to NGN 250,00.
Job Summary: We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) and at least one year of experience in customer service.
Key Responsibilities: The selected individual will handle inquiries, support both creators and fans, resolve technical issues, and collect user feedback effectively.
Qualifications: Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency are essential. Candidates must reside close to Victoria Island.
