Job Description
Luminiscence Skincare Ltd., a growing natural skin care brand in Lagos, Nigeria, is seeking a Customer Care/Sales Associate for our Abuja store in Garki. This full-time position involves handling customer inquiries in-store and via phone, packing orders for dispatch, and monitoring the delivery process.
Your responsibilities will include providing product recommendations, informing customers about promotions, managing inventory, and resolving customer complaints. Ideal candidates have proven customer support experience, familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to multi-task effectively. Proximity to Garki is essential as this is a physical role.
Pay ranges from ₦60,00.00 to ₦70,00.00 per month.
