Job Description
HRLeverage, a leading HR boutique firm located in Africa, is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Ikoyi, Lagos office. This full-time role calls for a proactive individual adept at effectively addressing customer inquiries related to our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries about products, services, and orders.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Identify and act on upselling opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Retail experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
Salary: N150,00 Monthly.
