Job Description

HelpMum is using mobile technology to combat maternal and infant mortality in Nigeria. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Intern/NYSC to join our team in Lagos.

The role involves reaching out to mothers, collecting vital information, and registering them on the HelpMum Vaccination Tracker.

• Contact mothers for personal and health information.
• Assist with accurate data entry for registration.
• Provide information about the tracker and address inquiries.

Fluency in Hausa or Igbo, excellent communication skills, and basic computer literacy required. Customer service experience is a plus.
