Job Description

Gbyte Place Management Services is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative. In this essential position, you will serve as the main point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an overall positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and policies.
• Manage orders, returns, and exchanges.

Requirements:
