Job Description
Bons Industries Limited, a well-established food processing company, is inviting applications for the position of Customer Service Officer/Executive in Enugu. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in understanding and addressing customer needs to ensure optimal satisfaction. This role entails managing a high volume of inbound calls efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate customer needs to deliver effective solutions.
- Manage a significant amount of inbound calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in customer service.
Salary: N150,00 – N200,00 monthly.
