Job Description
Pretoria Prints seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience. The successful candidate will review customer orders and transactions, resolve inquiries and payment issues, receive and process orders, monitor customer satisfaction, manage company social media and create content, and communicate with customers in person, by phone, and online.
- Demonstrate strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Office location: Palmgroove
- Preference given to applicants from Shomolu, Yaba, Mushin, or Maryland
- Salary: N150,00 per month
