Job Description
STARRY GOLD ACADEMY is searching for a qualified and motivated Customer Service Personnel to become a valuable member of our team. Location: Ikeja (Candidates must reside near Ikeja, Ketu, or Ojota). Salary: ₦100,00 per month. Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
- Able to multitask and proficient in digital tools (WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Email, MS Word, Excel/Google Sheets, etc.).
- Minimum qualification: OND (Ordinary National Diploma).
Job Type: Full-time
Ability to Commute/Relocate: Reliability in commuting or planning to relocate to Lagos before employment (Required).
