Job Description
Brema Business Consult Ltd is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our store team as a Customer Service Personnel. You will provide excellent customer support, assist with product selection, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in-store.
- Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Handle complaints professionally.
- Process sales transactions.
- Maintain product displays and store organization.
- Support achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
- O’ level or equivalent.
- 1+ year in customer service (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic cash handling knowledge.
