Job Description
Oyomesi Specialist Hospital is currently seeking a compassionate and efficient Customer Care Officer to join our team and enhance the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Support appointment scheduling and billing queries.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Prior experience in customer service, ideally in healthcare.
Salary: N80,00 – N200,00 / month.
