Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Care Officer to join our hospitality team at Naji Realties.
- As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing efficient front desk services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests, manage check-in/check-out, and resolve inquiries.
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle billing.
- Provide personalized support and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent.
- 2 years of customer service experience in hospitality.
