Job Description
Mehtic Technology LTD is looking for a motivated and skilled Customer Service Officer to enhance our team. In this role, you will:
- Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues while ensuring satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
- Collaborate with various departments to handle complex queries.
- Provide comprehensive product and service information.
- Identify and escalate priority concerns through the proper channels.
- Utilize Excel to analyze customer data effectively.
