Job Description
Our outpatient Family Clinic is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to deliver exceptional service to our patients and clients. The successful candidate will manage appointment scheduling, ensure patients possess the necessary medical information, and guide clients to the appropriate departments. Furthermore, this role entails collaborating with various departments for accurate billing, handling email correspondence related to immigration screenings, and fulfilling administrative tasks to guarantee a smooth experience for all clients.
