Job Description
LEAM Consulting Limited is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service / Office Admin to join our client in the logistics sector. This full-time position is based in Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating company databases.
- Organizing a filing system for company documents.
- Handling customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintaining a company calendar and scheduling appointments.
- Preparing reports and presentations as assigned.
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc in a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
