Job Description
Ican Unisex Beauty Parlor is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The primary duty is to support customers by addressing their concerns, questions, and issues.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Listening to customers’ concerns and providing effective solutions.
- Maintaining a positive attitude while responding to complaints.
- Promoting our products and services positively.
- Recommending products that meet customer needs.
- Gathering data to prepare reports based on customer interactions.
