Job Description

PWAN Group seeks a professional Customer Service Executive to manage high-volume inbound calls, generate leads, assess customer needs, build lasting relationships, resolve complaints calmly, maintain accurate records, and meet sales and call targets.

• Qualifications: B.Sc or HND; minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Skills: excellent phone and email etiquette, strong verbal and written communication, calm complaint handling; MS Office proficiency preferred.
