Job Description
PWAN Group, a premier real estate firm located in Lagos, Nigeria, is in search of a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this full-time position, you will handle incoming phone calls, generate sales leads, and foster long-lasting relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of an HND qualification and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Your key responsibilities will include resolving customer complaints, providing effective solutions, and achieving targets set by the service team. Excellent communication skills along with proficiency in MS Office are highly desirable attributes for this role.
