Job Description
PWAN GROUP is looking for a driven Customer Service Executive to deliver exceptional support and ensure customer satisfaction. As the first point of contact, you will handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy. This role requires you to be proactive in addressing client needs and enhancing their experience with our services.
Requirements include a Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in a relevant field, 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, and excellent communication skills.
