Salary: ₦237,500 Gross Monthly
Industry: Sports Betting / iGaming
Experience Required: 1–3 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly address customer inquiries across multiple channels.
- Effectively resolve any customer complaints.
- Assist users with account creation and betting-related questions.
- Escalate technical issues as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, ideally in the betting or fintech sectors.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with technology.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
