Job Description

MARBLE & GRANITE TRADING LTD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Lagos. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 250,00 to 400,00. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries through phone, email, and online chat, while efficiently processing orders, returns, and exchanges. Additionally, maintaining accurate customer records is essential.
