Job Description
Our client, an Islamic Lifestyle Brand, is seeking a qualified Customer Service Assistant. The successful candidate will provide essential support in day-to-day operations and customer service tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries on Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Assist walk-in customers courteously.
- Maintain a tidy store and clean products.
- Prepare and fulfill accurate customer orders.
- Follow up with customers on delivered goods.
- Liaise with delivery agents for timely dispatch.
- Provide price quotations and check product availability.
- Process payment transactions accurately.
- Adhere to company policies during customer interactions.
Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Thursday)
Pay: ₦80,00.00 per month
