Job Description
Join Toladol Ventures Deluxe Global LTD as a Customer Service and Sales Team Lead! In this role, you will oversee daily operations of the logistics team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-performance standards. You will lead, train, and mentor team members, develop strategies to optimize supply chain processes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely product delivery.
We are seeking candidates with proven leadership experience in the logistics and supply chain industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong problem-solving ability. A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
