Job Description
Dame Chops and Events is looking for a committed Customer Service Account Manager to lead our customer service teams based in Lagos. This is a full-time position in the Accounting, Auditing & Finance sector, with a competitive salary ranging from NGN 150,00 to 250,00.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery and effective issue resolution. Strong leadership and communication skills are critical, along with a minimum qualification of OND and at least one year of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities include coaching the customer service teams, implementing efficient policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience.
