Job Description
CareerOM is excited to invite enthusiastic individuals to apply for the position of Customer Representative at our Abeokuta, Ogun State location. This full-time role is situated at Leme, Abiola Way, where you will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries and facilitating communication between customers and our detailing team. Candidates should possess strong spoken and written English skills, excellent communication abilities, and a professional demeanor. While prior experience in customer service is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. The work schedule operates from Monday to Sunday, with one day off and a half-day on Sundays.
