Job Description
We seek a proactive Customer Relations Specialist to support walk‑in clients in Lekki Phase 1, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Festac, or Ogudu. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting walk‑ins, maintaining client records using in‑house software, acting as the primary contact, and delivering world‑class service.
- Qualifications: ND or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in customer management or sales (lifestyle, hospitality, or manufacturing preferred).
- Skills: strong communication, MS Office proficiency; driver’s license preferred.
- Terms: full‑time; starting from ₦65,00/month. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
