Job Description

Jubaili Agrotec is expanding in the African markets, striving to enhance the agricultural sector. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Officer to join our dynamic team in Abuja (FCT) on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities: Engage with customers through outbound calls, manage customer complaints, document communication, prepare KYC reports, and assist sales representatives with inquiries.

Requirements: A first degree (HND/B.Sc.) with 1–2 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in English and Yoruba.
