Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Executive to manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and drive revenue growth. You will identify sales opportunities, meet targets, deliver exceptional service, resolve issues, and maintain accurate CRM records. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance the customer journey and support onboarding, retention, and upselling initiatives.
- Qualifications: 1–3 years in sales or customer service, strong communication and negotiation skills, analytical problem-solving, CRM experience, and a customer-first mindset.
