Job Description
Peruda is hiring a Customer Engagement Officer to join our team in Anthony, Lagos. This full-time position involves developing strategic plans to grow and retain customer relationships. Key responsibilities include leveraging customer feedback, educating clients about our products, and providing tailored advice on plan benefits. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience.
