Job Description
Join our team at Skinfairy Global as a Customer Care Representative! In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and friendly manner across all platforms. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues with accuracy and efficiency while providing product knowledge and recommendations.
Collaboration with internal teams is key to addressing complex customer issues. We aim to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and quality metrics. Additionally, you will be taking and packaging orders.
Job Type: Full-time, New Grad
Salary: ₦60,00.00 – ₦90,00.00 per month
Experience: Customer support (1 year preferred)
Expected Start Date: 06/01/2025
