Job Description
Pomovina Fresh is looking for a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team in Abuja. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, address inquiries, and nurture strong customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, a proactive problem-solving approach, and strong persuasive skills. A minimum qualification of HND and at least 2 years of relevant experience are required.
Key responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, as well as driving initiatives aimed at enhancing customer retention.
