Job Description
Castel Resources Consultancy Ltd seeks a Customer Care Personnel to deliver courteous, professional support to clients in person, by phone, and by email. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, responding to inquiries, providing accurate product/service information, resolving complaints, documenting interactions, processing transactions, and escalating issues as needed.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused attitude required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2–4 years of relevant experience desirable.
