Job Description
We seek a full-time first-line customer contact to manage in-shop inquiries, document and report customer issues, follow up with internal departments, and escalate service delays. Maintain positive customer relationships, oversee shop stock and cash handling, and ensure shop cleanliness and presentation. Coordinate remedies for operational issues, model exceptional customer-service behavior, and motivate colleagues to achieve high customer satisfaction. Prepare timely daily operational reports and recommend process improvements to management.
- Requirements: Graduate with 1–2 years’ experience in telecom customer care or shop operations.
- Compensation: ₦100,00–₦120,00 per month.
