Job Description
Job Summary: Join us at Yiponline as a Customer Success Hero, the primary liaison for all customer-related matters, from onboarding through ongoing support and retention. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our product and sales teams to address customer challenges and ensure their success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer engagement
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics
- Identify and escalate critical concerns to relevant teams
- Represent customer interests within the organization
- Manage ticket responses and troubleshoot customer inquiries
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline
