Job Description

Position Summary:

AIRBOX is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to manage customer inquiries, order tracking, and complaints related to e-commerce transactions and delivery services. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction through timely updates, issue resolution, and coordination with our delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with order placements, tracking, and returns.
• Resolve complaints related to orders and delivery.
• Coordinate with the logistics team for delivery updates.
• Monitor and ensure on-time delivery of orders.

Requirements:
