Job Description
The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) is inviting applications for the position of Custodian II in Ibadan. This role is a renewable contract for a period of three years.
Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of offices, managing material requisitions, distributing toiletries, monitoring the performance of contractors, and maintaining accurate records of cleaning activities.
Qualifications: Applicants should hold a Trade Test Certificate with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or a National Diploma in Business Administration with at least 4 years of experience in a related field.
Competencies: The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of office cleanliness, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and pay close attention to detail.
