Job Description
Reliance Health is seeking a Corporate Retention Associate to enhance our relationships with corporate clients by delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role focuses on client retention and resolving administrative issues effectively.
- Serve as the main point of contact for corporate clients.
- Assist clients with onboarding and navigating health systems.
- Proactively identify and address client needs.
- Organize initiatives like corporate events for enhanced client experience.
- Gather and act on feedback from clients to improve services.
Requirements: Degree (B.Sc./HND), strong communication and analytical skills, and a desire for a client-focused career. Previous experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Client Relations is a plus.
