Job Description
Position Summary
Ponticelli Frères, an international industrial group serving the energy sector, is seeking a Contract/Subcontract Manager.
As part of our expanding Project Management Office for international projects, you will be responsible for:
- Legal analysis of tender documents
- Contractual monitoring throughout execution
- Management of financial and legal risks
- Preparation and follow-up on litigation
- Drafting subcontracting contracts
Profile Wanted
BAC +5 degree
At least 5 years’ experience in contract management (construction and/or maintenance projects)
Proficient in English
Willingness for overseas assignments
