Job Description
Intelligent Network Services, an agricultural support company, is seeking to hire a Contact Centre Staff member. This full-time position is located in Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT).
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls and provide accurate answers.
- Make outbound calls for issue resolution.
- Review caller information and provide updates.
- Collaborate to enhance customer service.
- Train new employees on policies.
Requirements:
- OND, HND, or B.Sc in relevant fields.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hausa; Yoruba/Ibo is a plus.
