Job Description
Kennedia Consulting, a leading HR Service firm in West Africa, is seeking a dedicated Contact Centre Agent to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos. This role involves being the primary point of contact for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions both inbound and outbound.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals.
Requirements: BSC (2:2 only), Completed NYSC, 1 year experience in customer service, not older than 26, strong communication skills.
Salary: N102,00/month (includes 13th month, HMO, pension).
