Job Description
Kennedia Consulting Limited is looking for a committed and professional Contact Centre Agent to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage customer interactions.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Maintain precise records in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- BSc Degree is required.
- Completion of NYSC is mandatory.
- Fluency in Hausa is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Applicant must be 26 years old or younger.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service is essential.
Salary: N101,00 Monthly.
