Job Description
ICS Outsourcing Limited is on the lookout for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Contact Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, deliver outstanding customer service, and effectively address inquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on issues, surveys, or campaigns.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND/NCE; Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.
- Experience in a call center or similar field preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Salary: N100,00/month.
