Job Description
ConSol Limited is seeking a dedicated Contact Center Agent to handle customer complaints and inquiries primarily in Hausa. The successful candidate will provide vital information and support to customers, handle outbound and inbound calls, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include managing call quality, gathering customer information, and adhering to call scripts. Requirements include 0-3 years of experience and familiarity with CRM software. Only residents of Oshodi, Mushin, Gbagada, etc., will be considered.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract. Pay: ₦65,00.00 per month. Proficiency in Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo is required.
