Job Description
Job Description:
- Conduct and direct the review of organization controls and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Appraise the soundness and effectiveness of compliance procedures and controls.
- Compile and issue reports detailing conclusions and recommendations for improvements.
- Review existing policies to ensure compliance with required regulations.
- Collaborate with department managers on clear policies and procedures.
- Provide recommendations for adherence to relevant Tourism and Airline policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years compliance experience in the travel industry.
- Proven track record in compliance and policy implementation.
- Good knowledge of Accounting and Auditing Functions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
