Job Description
Flexolutions Limited is seeking a meticulous Compliance Officer to oversee regulatory adherence, company policies, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in compliance monitoring, risk assessment, and regulatory reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and internal audits.
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for management review.
- Deliver training sessions on compliance policies to staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in compliance.
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.
- Outstanding analytical and communication skills.
Salary: N150,00 – N250,00 Monthly.
