Job Description

Phillips Outsourcing seeks a full-time Compliance & Internal Control Officer in Abuja to ensure compliance with CBN and NDIC regulations, AML/CFT requirements, internal policies, and risk controls.

  • Conduct regulatory reporting, compliance reviews, branch inspections, and control assessments.
  • Review loan and teller operations, perform KYC/CDD and PEP screening, and file STRs/CTRs.
  • Support audits, investigate irregularities, and recommend improvements to internal controls.
  • Deliver staff training and prepare clear analytical reports for management.

Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related; minimum 3 years in compliance, internal control, audit, or risk (banking preferred); strong CBN/MFB and AML/CFT knowledge; excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills; high integrity and attention to detail.

Salary: ₦180,00–₦360,00 per month.
