Job Description
The Vault Recruitment seeks a Compliance and Administration Specialist to ensure NDPR and sector regulatory compliance, maintain policies, registers, contracts, and audit-ready records, and support operations and service delivery. This full-time, hybrid role reports to the Founder/Managing Director and is based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos (₦250,00/month).
- Manage onboarding documentation, filing systems, SLAs/NDAs, and client communications
- Track renewals, statutory filings, and maintain audit-ready records
- Advise on regulatory changes and assist with reports and operational support
Requirements: 3+ years in compliance or regulatory support (regulated sectors preferred), solid NDPR/data protection knowledge, strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent written communication.
